I was trained to turn off PCs completely from a young age so still do this, necessary or not
Yeah I'm aware, and I've tried it separately on Pop too. Just personally going to wait for the first release proper now
Definitely worth playing around with either on bare metal like an old laptop or something, maybe in the holidays like you mention. I switched to Linux on my main gaming PC a year and a half ago, and just installed EndeavourOS (with Plasma) on my new Framework laptop
Really coming along nicely, looking forward to trying this on EndeavourOS
I'm fine continuing to eat it incorrectly
I remember spending too much time listening on the headphones to the sample CDs. That and getting mum to buy me this excellent dnb comp for £15(!) as my Xmas pressie in 2001: https://www.discogs.com/release/168103-Various-Playaz-4-Real
Ah awesome, would have loved to have seen cLOUDDEAD at the time myself, enjoyed most of the stuff on Big Dada too.
Gave All Portrait, No Chorus a listen and dug it (was that a Cannibal Ox ref in the first track?!), will add the Alias/Dose One collab to the list... thanks!
Idc about Coachella usually but been loving the banter between them and Charli
Stone cold classic, good to see other emo bands like Penfold back too (praying for a Europe/UK tour)
I learned about Tipper through a music discord, excellent sound design
I'll check that out, no idea he was still making music! And yeah rip Alias, loved Anticon and his own material back in the day (that Deep Puddle Dynamics record <3)
I believe someone wrote a sleep timer script for deadbeef
