Something like catching the oppressors for public displays and having some guillotines around would also help. The MAGA dipshits are only proud when they are hiding behind their online handles or protected by the safety of "I was just following orders", but I severely doubt they'd flaunt their principles that much when stuck with the IRL consequences of their actions addressed at their names and faces (and necks).
