I use Tuta, though will probably switch to something a little more agnostic like Mailbox.org when I'm up for renewal.

I use this. Found it to be the best of the bunch in terms of button functionality, layout, and mouse control.

You mentioned using Waydroid on a Linux Media Center PC. Have you tried using the Jellyfin Android TV app in this manner?

Does NWN2 have a strong modding scene?

I played a shitload of NWN and that would have been my pick, but from my recollection NWN2 multiplayer custom servers died when Obsidian put in the (insane) requirement to download terrain meshes outside of the game.

I haven't circled back to the NWN2 enhanced edition to see if that was ever reworked.

Also curious of what the other segment really is

Nintendo Switches, Nvidia Shield, and G-Force Now?

The icons beside Other (Eye, Car, Factory) have me guessing surveillance, automotive, and industrial.

I believe more like Lutris?

I don't use it for launching anything - so I cannot compare on that front - but as my definitive catalogue and organization tool as it plugs in to basically every library. I even have it hooked up to my instance of RomM.

That was a great rabbit hole to fall in.

I don't use Mastodon, but I absolutely appreciate the sentiment here.

This is the level of pedantry I can get behind.

How much more modern are we talking? I've a 72 whr battery in my 2017 Yoga 720 that is a slim pouch.

Or rather, how old is your last/current laptop. Or is it a workstation replacement brick?

You've said something with such absolute certainty that is not making sense to me.

Now I'm not versed in Japanese tax law, but Japan does follow International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). I'm also not versed in the capitalization of video game development expenses.

A business is going to write down their asset based on their ability to generate future revenue from it. With Concord dead on arrival, it would be fair to say that they would write down everything related to the individual game development. If they left any asset on the books it would be related to the IP/trademarks/copyrights/etc (maybe some transferrable technology if they are getting really specific).

I'm not able to make the connection between issuing takedowns on community servers/videos and the accounting write off of an impaired asset. Issuing takedowns seems more in line with IP protection.
