I know that, decades ago, mental asylums were a pretty shitty place to be. But I think the right solution would have been to make them better, not just get rid of them and let them breed. I also know a lot of very normal/stable people got trapped in there.

There needs to be a government to have a court to have judges to have prosecutors to have an express lane.
This crime will never be punished. The federal judicial system has shut down, and it’s unlikely to return for a few decades (if ever)
. . . . Right. And he’s killing (probably) random people on the street. Whereas Luigi gets no bond and he is accused of a targeted crime, and would be unlikely to “repeat”
