You got it. I've had this discussion and the anti nuclear boils down to "somewhat, somehow, something, someone, maybe, possibly, perhaps may go wrong. Anything built by man could fail". There's no logic, just fear.

I know gay and fag mean happy and cigarette, but didn't know that queer was used to mean unusual (like I know it can be defined as that, but didn't think anyone used it like that.)

IIRC the colonists intentionally wanted this way of life. To live in harmony with nature and all that. So I don't get this critique of 'they didn't change' when that was the whole point.

I never got people that load up tea with sugar and milk. It's barely tea at that point.

Can't say I've experienced this and I'm a Canadian.

I've found it interesting when I go back inside and I can feel the saliva entering my mouth is cold. The saliva gland must get cold.
