You can follow Lemmy communities on Mastodon but that will cause every single comment to appear in your feed, so depending on how much activity they get, they will probably flood your feed. You can post to Lemmy communities from Mastodon by mentioning them, to the best of my knowledge. In either case you can reply to whatever you see on Mastodon and it will appear as a Lemmy comment.

You cannot follow Mastodon accounts on Lemmy.

Apart from that, there is literally nothing unusual about occasional border checks even at intra-Schengen borders. I completely believe that buses are sometimes pulled over when entering Germany or any other country, there is nothing newsworthy about it.

South Tyrol is majority German-speaking.

People will be able to help you better if you describe your specific problem. "Not super ideal" and "does anyone have tutorials" are very vague descriptions.

Also there are specialized communities for LibreOffice at [email protected] and [email protected] as well as support forums for it elsewhere, maybe try asking there too.

The link in the OP just leads to "article inactive" right now. I agree that this sounds unlikely enough it's probably an April Fool's joke.

Everything written about this conflict (by anyone) is propaganda. The enemy is a powerful and maximally oppressive force we all need to fear, but is also so weak it's losing equipment fast and its final defeat is only a matter of time.

A gnome obviously

Do we have "circlejerk" or "shitposting" communities here on Lemmy already?
