Is that a mirror she's holding? Shouldn't the reflection then be on the other side... where we can't really see it? This tattoo doesn't make any sense at all, ATAE for me

Here you simulate some of the effects. Pretty fun to drop an asteroid on some asshat from my youth's house. Less fun when it wiped out my entire city and evaporated my parents. Welp.. can't have it all I guess. https://neal.fun/asteroid-launcher/

There is this fun toy see/calculate the potential effect of any asteroid collision: https://neal.fun/asteroid-launcher/

If it hits any city, that is wiped out. If it hit anything else, chances are damages are moderate.

Didn't he already decided for himself to leave twitter? I seem to vaguely remember some post about it a while ago. Not that he is wrong though.

Carbon fiber can't handle impact? Nonsense! I've got a Stockton Rush paper right here proving otherwise! He even built a whole submersible to go down to the titanic. Next thing you say it won't handle pressure cycling either? Poppycock!

(/s obviously)

It uses youtube embedding in the background, so try messing with your adblocker/contentblocking/cookie plugins.

For me, it was disabling the iOS material/content blocks setting for that website in safari (not sure if the setting is called that in English, my iOS is in a different language). After that and reloading the page it worked, and it was awesome.

Ah. Thanks, been wondering some time about that and googling gave a lot of mixed results for me.
