one tactic is for him to serve as VP under someone else who promises to resign to allow Trump to serve again

According to the 12th amendment, "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

This seems pretty plain to me: if you can't serve as president, you also can't serve as vice president. Of course, this has never been tested in court...

I thought all ~~andoird~~ Android phones had the ability now to three finger swipe to take a screenshot

I don't think I've ever had this functionality. I've always used Google phones (Nexus and now Pixel).

That may depend on the user.

doesn't it usually only last a day or two?

From the article:

U.S. flag code dictates that flags remain lowered for the 30-day period from the death of a former president. But that code isn’t mandatory, so once he becomes president, Trump could technically override it.

So I gather the answer to your question is "yes, but also no".

In most restaurants I saw there was no wall in between.

This was my experience as well. I can still see it today in some older restaurants that haven't been renovated in years, where there's an area of the dining room with a much higher ceiling.

Popeye vs Tintin vs Pooh

Actually that's such a ridiculous concept I might watch it.
