Trump is causing political turmoil for economic gain. It’s some old fat guy literally shoving piles of cash in his pockets as he walks thru Fort Knox (except it’s crypto and stock manipulation). There’s no brain at the helm. No master plan. No big reveal. He’s going to cause a public spectacle to distract from it, but he’s just siphoning the cash of the lower class and the stupid.

That’s it. Pretty anticlimactic.

I dunno I guess every time I use them? Especially during work outs. There isn’t a single thing on me I would be willing to give up or consider “minor.” Unless it’s like eye or hair color. But to lose a finger or toe or a whole leg or both because I don’t spend 8h of my day contemplating their value to me is just not how I roll. Friendo.

We met this guy who has Parkinson’s at the track. Cool dude. They called him “Shaky.” He was struggling pretty bad.

He ended up cleaning up his diet and exercising regularly and looks a million times better. He says his symptoms lessened and he was able to do things he couldn’t even ten years before.

Living like a couch potato eating nothing but processed plastic foods has a marked impact.

They are deporting citizens from other counties to a black site known to torture and detain criminals all over the world. Like that lady from Canada a month ago who spent 2 weeks in a cell.

The US has been put on human rights watchlists.

Their police actively kill first ask questions second. They kill so many innocent black people that the world formed Black Lives Matter in support.

Keep staying delusional I guess till Trump starts building those gas chambers.
