She’s every bit as ineffective as any establishment democrat you could name.

I don't disagree. But here you are, shitting on people who actually want fascism to stop.

But you do you.

If I wanted to waste my money- it put it towards supporting untested and unproven 3rd party candidates...

Yet you are more than willing to waste your money on supporting a party that has proven that they are't willing to defeat a corrupt administration, even when they have all the power?

What’s Jill Stein been up to lately? Anyone know? Cornell West? Anyone?

Giving speeches, teaching, doing interviews and debates. I know, because I saw them. It turns out, that when you don't pay attention to someone, you end up not knowing what they are doing.

Why do we need the Democrats for that? What we need is an actual opposition party, not a pretend-opposition party.

If we didn’t have the democrats, more people would be dead...

Citation needed. Why would the killing stop? The Democrats kill innocent people all the time. Harris literally ran on keeping america a "deadly force".

...and any chance of bringing change would be gone.

What do you think the point of the Democratic party is? Their entire goal is to prevent change from happening, by pretending to fight against it.

You could be pushing for positive change instead you are crying because things are not already perfect

I am pushing for positive change. I want a party that actually fights, which is demonstrably not the Democrats.

If you think my problem is that the Democrats "aren't perfect", then I think you don't understand my problem at all. I think blowing up innocent people, putting people in cages, electing rapists, supporting genocide, screwing over the working class is a bit different than "aren't perfect".

I use it to contol my OS, of course!

My superkey controls my OS (window-manager, music, launcher, brightness, etc).

My alt-key controls my tmux and browser

My ctrl-key controls the app (vim/bash/mpd)

And if no one voted for the "greater evil" the Democrats would have even more power and would have killed even more people

HubertManne is a Democrat. Remember: For Democrats, mass deportation, bombing innocent people, torture, and wars are "Accomplishments". I saw them support it with Obama, I saw them support it with Clinton, and I saw them support it with Biden.

So according to Democratic logic, Biden did indeed to a great job. But civilized people know that Biden was a monster.

Does it? Tell that to the people that the "lesser evil" mass deported. Tell that to the people that died from treable diseases, because they couldn't afford healthcare. Tell that to the innocent people that the "lesser evil" blew up.

The last few times time we had "lesser evil", they spent their entire time building the infrastructure that "more evil" is currently using.

I've also noticed that every time the "lesser evil" gets voted in, it just reafirms the voters' belief that the "lesser evil" isn't going to fix anything. So those voters often end up wanting to throw the entire system away, thus giving us Trump.

Who said voting doesn't matter? I didn't see BakerBagel say that at all.

Not voting for Harris in a swing state is about as bad as beating up a homeless person

And voting for Harris, is a vote for genocide. Which lesser evil are you going to choose now?

Totally! I keep hearing about the "death of RSS", and yet, that's how I follow most of my online media.

A primary is where all of the politicans for one party get together, and pretend that they will fight for what the voters want. It's the same thing as a General Election, except it is specific to the party, and the winner of that election goes on to the General. I never said that I thought he would be in favor of supporting every incumbant.

I always find it telling that Dems will tell me that I'm wrong, and that I don't know what I'm talking about, but sure enough end up not knowing what I said.

There are plenty of weird blogs, just look up The Small Web. There are less weird blogs that make money, but I can't say that I'm overly sad about that.

The headline is a little misleading: This isn't really about small blogs, but more about how Private Equity harvests smaller companies, and leaves their husks to rot. That is a very legitimate problem that needs some serious solutions.

You could get rid of all of the text, just leave the donkey, and it would still be accurate. Self-sabatage is their entire shtick
