I found the article gross.

He is a suspect in a murder case, not convicted, and they spend very little space on the case. The cops say he had his fake id, the gun and manifesto on him. His lawyer says he is yet to see the evidence. That is all.

Then they basically go through posts he has made online and ask people he knew about them. There is a public interest in the case, but courts are supposed to adjudicate guilt. What if he is innocent, then they just went through his posting history and showed them in the worst possible light.

So they named the product sucking the data after the Facehugger? At least they know that they are in the abomination business. Will they be releasing an AI named Bursting Chest?

Having problems fitting enough GPT-3's under that trenchcoat?

I have a suspicion, but let me first check with the AI in my phone:

"Cybercheck committed the m-u-r...", AI suggests "murder"! That is it, case cracked!

As my AI figured out, Cybercheck themselves committed the murders and then probably created their service to cover it up!

But did they fail because the watch went rogue and defected to the communist bloc?

What if my mechanical watch went rogue and killed Bezos?

On one hand Bezos is responsible for a lot of suffering and some deaths.

On the other hand, killing is wrong.

On the third hand, it couldn't do that, because it is just a machine.

(It's a watch, it has three hands. It also has about as much consciousness as an LLM, it "knows" what time it is. Much more energy efficient though.)

I think it is a combination of:

  1. Governor of major state.
  2. Has nice hair. Real generic politician look.
  3. Polls showing "generic democrat" beating Trump.
  4. Not super old.
  5. Have I mentioned the hair?

I did jiu-jitsu In middle school. We had two guys who were perhaps about 20 years old as assistant coaches. Pretty impressive belt colours and to us kids really cool and good at jiu-jitsu. I don't remember their names, lets call them Jim and Peter.

So nearing the end of a class Jim and Peter gathers us for a bit of pep talk. Jim: Good work everybody! Peter: We will soon end class, but first one thing... Jim: No? No, that was the last thing? Peter: Everyone, get Jim! Jim: What? No!

And I can tell you Jim was no match for two dozen ten year olds with white belts.

How bad can it be?

Search. Read a few paragraphs. Close tab in disgust.

Yikes. These people. Did they become rats because they couldn't understand other people existing and valuing their bodily autonomy or did becoming rats do this to them?
