How much load can they handle? How to bail out?

Will I be able to perform in the second lift of the day? RDL after deadlift sounds gruelling
I do wish a lot of terrible things but once something is real, I usually don’t enjoy it.
I don’t deadlift twice a week. On first leg day, I squat and romanian deallift. On the second, I do deadlift and light squats/lunges.
Refrigerator. 30 years old and still working fine. Had to change the compressor once
That is cold. I wouldn’t think that even about my enemies.
My personal experience is that when things start getting better, always question whether it is really getting better or is it just the manic phase. I have stopped taking medications twice when I started feeling better, only to crash a month or two later.
What worked for me was fixing the depression phase (the more concerning one in my case). I started working out and it killed my depression. And mania never came back. I am not taking medication since at least 2 years now.
Of course everyone is different but you have to try. I know it is very easy to succumb to hopelessness because everytime you get better, you get worse but it is manageable.
My fingers hurt whenever I try to do pull-ups. Grip doesn’t fail but the pain makes me stop the set. What is the solution?
Ok so you are talking about the one where he does PPLUL and extra day for lagging muscle groups. I will look into it.
It is 5 days a week. I like to work 6 days. Still, I will look into it.
I try to emphasise different body parts on each day. First leg day focus on anterior chain, second posterior chain. First push day chest focus and second triceps focus. First pull day back focus, second biceps. This makes every day feel important.
