What are you talking about?

Please name one concession given to Democrats on the “Big Beautiful Bill”, you know the one that accomplishes the Republicans real priorities of taxes cuts for the super wealthy, taking healthcare away from people, and giving ICE insane amounts of money at the expense of literally everyone else.

Right… and what are the current republican majorities?

This narrative is frankly anything but bullshit.

Because if the cover is transparent you have to spend extra money to make sure the internals look good.

Recently I tried it again because of Plex restriction on more than one user.

What do you mean by this? I don’t recall seeing anything about a change like this.

Why flood it with garbage when you can flood it with reports about every currently elected Republican in the state?

[–] monkinto@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Really? I grew up in a red town in Massachusetts and I've literally never heard a single person talk about their vote like that ever, let alone suggest that the town should join another state.

So when one town votes for trump and Harris wins the state the votes of that town are "overturned" by the state then?

Their vote wasn't "overturned" their vote counted just as much as anyone else's they just lost.

Distance isn't the only factor to consider. The infrastructure is also very important for determining if a short distance is walkable.

This YouTube channel has lots of great info on the topic https://youtube.com/notjustbikes and this video in particular demonstrations that not even all short distances are necessarily walkable in the US https://youtu.be/uxykI30fS54 @ 4:30 he begins to show a 800m walk in Houston from his hotel to a store.
