Finally, a GabeCube.
I wonder if this is going to be classified as a PC under tariff schemes on electronics in the US. If yes then it could possibly undercut competition a fair bit.

I think it’s very optimistic to assume it’ll be anything like current console offerings due to how Sony ecosystem looks like and limitations it imposes.
Od roku czekałem co dalej po tym jak nie dano jej ubiegać się o żadne stanowisko w partii przez strategiczne przeciąganie spraw w wewnętrznym sądzie. Wygląda na to, że też się wypisuję.
This post got a weird reaction. Is it because of the question in the title? It is unfortunate but Betteridge's law doesn’t really apply here as DF doesn’t do that kind of fluff pieces.

It’s entirely up to the industry because EU didn’t mandate a specific connector, just that they have to agree on one. Very similar to what’s expected of Apple in regards to interoperability - implementation is entirely up to them as long as it’s compliant with EU law.

There is no law that requires cookie consent banners, it’s malicious compliance similar to this childish fit from Apple. It just shows that those companies are not interested in providing the best service they can, which is why we have to regulate them up to their tits.
It’ll do well for it’s own market segment but I think it’ll be similar to Steam Deck, meaning very niche overall. As long as it doesn’t run things like EA Sports games, CoD or Valorant it won’t change anytime soon so I wonder if Valve has something in the cards but it doesn’t look like it. It’s too limited in VRAM for enthusiasts so it’s in a bit of an awkward spot too.
