The purpose of these "services" at this point is to make sure people waste away when they're not working.

It's to make sure they're never exposed to critical thinking or ideas, just whatever is safe for the people taking them for a ride.

It really puts into perspective the importance of supporting free software. Even after Valve goes to shit, their contributions to the ecosystem will live on.

It's why the average sheep can never see the value in free software; it keeps them dependent on corporations.

There are some crazy power-tripping mods that will ban you for posting things in other communities.

This just creates more demand for communities and instances that don't do that.

Get one of those 'jobs' that rewards you for fucking other people over.

Landlord, advertiser, business consultant, etc.
