I think it's either Gargamel or Gurgelhals, depending if it's newer or older, from the tv series or from the comic books.

The tv show uses Gargamel.

The older comics use Gurgelhals. The newer ones use both, depending on the publishing house.

Germany had legal jewish citizens before Hitler came to power. Some even voted for him. Strong leader and all that...
