What about movies where the actor’s performance was the only good thing in an otherwise bad film? I don’t think those should count against the actor. They did their job well; it’s not their fault the rest of the production sucked.

100% agree. Marriage is a choice. Weddings carry a tremendous amount of unnecessary baggage, social obligations, and opportunities for the wedding industry to leech off of you.

Just finished watching Station 11 on Max. SOOOOO good! (fedia.io)
 

I was expecting it to be just another post-apocalyptic drama, and I’ve seen so many mediocre ones that Station 11 wasn’t high on my list. I was very wrong.

Station 11 was well written, well cast, and interesting (if confusing at times).

Just about everyone looks better when they smile. It’s true regardless of gender. I don’t see where sexism enters the equation.

I feel pretty oblivious. What am I missing?
