For this administration, and especially Pete, never attribute to incompetence, that which can be explained by sexual devancy and sadism.
I'm talking specifically about their strategy of using technology to target and entrap disaffected low IQ males, radicalize them, and then swoop in to "prevent" their supposed acts of terrorism.
The FBI's sins our too many to count, but I'm talking about this one specific post 9/11 phenomena.

This is actually an area that America is generally pretty good at i.e. rescues by the US Park Service are generally free, unless there's obvious gross intelligence.
