Maybe I'm wrong, but I read this as a woman's response to Republicans.
Because judges usually need the support of the prosecutor and police to get re-elected. So the warrant will be issued, otherwise the judge is "soft on crime". It's never "the judge is strong on Constitutional rights."
Jerry Seinfeld has never been politically relevant and hasn't suffered in the least because of his Seinfeld residuals.
Bill Hicks (RIP) has never been more relevant.
