And there's two of them! And what feels like basically no dialogue and just stunt / set piece after stunt.

Since some groups refuse to move off of Facebook, I use an add on to force anything tied to Facebook to its own tab container on Firefox. This is in addition to tampermonkey, ublock, and like 5 other things. I still feel like it's not enough. They are a privacy nightmare, even on other sites.

Fair. I'm thinking about a mini-ITX build partially for the fun of it, partially because space is at a premium in my setup. I don't need to move this around much, but do care about the design a bit.

Otherwise, fair points on the sound management. I don't think it needs to be super quiet, but relative to a PS5 at full blast, thinking that's the sound limit.

Working on a Mini-ITX build for the first time, looking for advice on the build / part suggestions for the European market (my first time building in the EU, 4th PC build).

Budget: €2250 (preferably lower, open to buying some parts used / waiting for sales)

Current part mix: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KwGW9K

Use: Primarily gaming, the ethos is I'm trying to get the Steam Machine that I really wanted with AM5 and RDNA4. Not trying to hit actual Steam Machine targets / budget. Will put Steam OS on it.

Fun other things: If people have suggestions on HDMI-CEC or getting a Steam Controller to turn on the machine, I'm all ears.

Open questions:

  • Any suggestions on CPU / GPU mix to hit 4K 60 with minimal FSR?
  • Any thoughts on keeping it quiet, since this will be next to my TV?
  • Any tips on actually doing a Mini-ITX build?

Kicks, the European beauty brand, is owned by Matas. Coincidence? I think not.

Woah. A company being held responsible? I'm hoping this spurs a bunch of work (read: other gas companies) to move away from oil and gas for everything (and potentially plastic as a result).

Until renewables are the most economical option, including legal costs, I don't see mass movement from energy companies.

Damn. How can they keep pushing the same legislation until it passes?

Also, what's next for privacy focused people? It says there's an exemption for E2E encryption, but isn't Meta conveniently getting rid of that for WhatsApp soon?

What are Finland, Japan, and Estonia doing to be at the top of those? The spread is not that wide, but still. The US seems super clustered while most other countries seem to show a generational difference.

Yes. And it was never trying to make fun of the person who originally posted this. It was just artists being artists.

Fact checking, in my Shitpost community??

I'm thinking even for cases of like shrinkflation.

I saw an article about potentially cheaper RAM here, so it got me curious if things ever really get better on occasion.

So, I was part of the group that never got the chance to get a controller on the 4th, but clicked "reserve" right when the May 8th reservation system opened.

I haven't seen any news or anyone saying if the most recent batch is shipping yet.

Anyone heard back yet?
