I walk 5 minutes to get my mail and still don't pass my nearest neighbor.

You know, I have no actual idea. I was forming my opinion based off something 2nd-hand, which I had from someone who was interviewing with them at the time. Theyre all too obnoxious for me to actually watch.

Looking at independent assessments Id say youre right.

You're moving the goalposts. My carrier being able to infer my location is a far cry from every app broadcasting my location back to their CDP so they can sell it to advertisers. I have worked within the infrastructure involved here and I know very well how much information YOUR apps are sharing with their masters.

That said, your phone shares all that data already

lol. No. No, it does not. Location data cannot be anonymized, so I dont share it.

You can throw your hands in the air and give up, but I will not.

Newsmax likes to position itself as more "moderate" (aka, anyone to the left of FoxNews.) They almost have to stand with the rest if they want to keep up that pretense.

They also calculate tips by including taxes and all their fees. Actual cost ends up about 200% the original menu price. Gah.

I didnt have an actual point, just complaining.

The carriers probably paywall it.

And this is the thread that caused me to learn that my piefed client, Summit, offers a serif font.

I'm a simple man: If I see github repo, I check when the last commit was before I emotionally commit.
