@[email protected] I add them to everything especially soups and salads but I have so many this time I’ve been adding it to rice and beans and just eating them by the handful lol. This started as a quarter cup of seeds

I microwaved some uncooked white pasta, some canned tomato sauce, canned jalapeños, canned pinto beans, water and home made taco seasoning for 20 minutes

Not sure if you can see this @[email protected] but it is about a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a table spoon of dark soy sauce, a few splashes of rice wine vinegar, a teaspoon of sugar, about a cup of water, a heaping spoon of ginger paste and a tablespoon of cornstarch microwaved in a glass cup until thick
