I've got to be honest this was something I was looking into for the Crossing Corner account at some point, although I was thinking of things that have come into season originally but your idea realistically sounds better.
I have no idea how to get a bot to do it though, I rely on manually scheduled posts.
I used to do it extensively back in the day (wouldn't dare do it extensively now, I turned on my Wild World save earlier and it was a year ahead) but I think it's completely reasonable to go a few hours forwards or backwards so you're not playing when nothing is open.

I also just stumbled across this, the rumour is Switch 2 but it could be NSO for the Switch honestly.
The GameCube controllers for Switch are wired currently, not wireless
I don't know what else it could really be, I saw some people rumour DS as well but it just seems very unlikely
Interesting considering the NSO trial is rumoured by some people to be another console. I'm thinking GameCube but we won't know until it's announced.

Having an alarm clock that connects to the internet certainly isn't something that I thought we needed.

Now that the Grand Festival Splatfest is over and Splatoon 3 having less happening from now on, I would just like to reassure everyone here that we will continue actively posting about the game. Things may be less frequent, but I am determined to continue reporting on the Splatoon series here (and the Animal Crossing series at @crossing@wetdry.world).
I'm hoping we'll be able to host more events soon to keep things fresh. But for now, I would like to issue a thank you to everyone reading this post for supporting this account for about a year and 9 months.
It's been truly inkredible being able to grow this community and I want to continue having a vibrant community even with the future of Splatoon 3 being uncertain. I would also like to use this space to say thank you to a few individuals.

I'd also like to thank the team at @pretendo@pretendo.network: particularly @jon@pretendo.network, @quarky@pretendo.network and @limes@limes.pink. They've been doing a splatastic job of reviving servers for Splatoon 1 and various other Wii U/3DS titles. I'm looking forward to potentially working with the team in the future for early access to Splatfest information etc once the servers are ready. Back in March, you may have remembered that we covered an event that the Splatoon content creator ProChara was hosting in support of the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.
Our community here managed to raise an inkredible US$30 (at minimum) through the Tiltify campaign!
As the situation is getting worse each day, Palestinian children need our help more than ever and one of the organisers from that event is hosting another round of support next week!
On the 2nd of June at 6pm BST, SFPK will be hosting a tournament to raise more money for Palestine! Along with that, some content creators and influencers, including myself, will be running events throughout the week to raise money.
