what phone do you have with a cooling fan?
yeah, tmobile (and mvno's that use their network) is the only US carrier that it's easily doable on, and you've gotta make sure the phone has the 4g/5g bands/antennas that match their network.
There are a number of niche brands out there that still cater to us old farts. Check out Ulefone, Oukitel, Unihertz, Doogee, iiif150, etc. Each company has normal models, but they all also dabble in unusual experimental models as well, some that are ultra small, other that have blackberry style keypads, or feature projectors, floodlights, uhf radios, thermal cameras, multiple screens, etc etc.
Most models still retain SD card slots, headphone jacks, some still have IR emitters and other older i/o as well.
They're all Chinese companies though, funny how all the consumer tech innovation is happening in communist countries.
...did they just ai him out of the photo, cause that's what it looks like!
As someone who maintains solar installations... this looks like a goddamn nightmare to maintain. Trying to hunt down an arc fault or a loose mc4 connector on this would be impossible.
Solar modules are often cooler than their surroundings when they're operating, since they transform ~25% of incoming solar energy into electricity instead of heat.
I'm not saying you're wrong, but the party line is that only unencrypted chat can be read by the server side ai. if you try to have it summarize an encrypted chat it will tell you it can't
The content of the report seems to contradict the title:
"The report described a series of voltage fluctuations that led to widespread disconnections of power generation in Spain, particularly among converter-based systems commonly used in renewable energy."
So renewable inverter based generation is at least partiality at fault?
As someone who works in the renewable industry, it became common knowledge shortly after this event that grid-following inverters exaccerbated the voltage fluctuations that led to this outage.
Hardly unravelling, more like being reformed to carry out the current administrations agenda. Anyone not on board is being pushed out. This take that it's "coming apart at the seams" is pure copium. The only thing coming apart at the seams is the old world order.
Sorry, did you just say "I wonder if the fossil fuel industry has home solar in its sights"?
Perhaps you haven't been reading the news, but Trumps "One Bill Beautiful Bill" abuptly ended tax credits for home solar a few weeks ago, between that and his existing tariffs on solar panels, the breakeven period for a home solar setup is now decades.
The residential solar industry is in freefall right now. Thousands of installers are losing or have already lost their jobs.
I guess I take it for granted that this is common knowledge since I work in the industry, but it's unbelievably bad right now.
Don't acknowledge it at all, you dont owe the guests any explanation about yourself. Just focus on the couple and let anyone who wonders about your gender presentation puzzle it out on their own time.
