Seems to disagree with the BBC on the statute of limitations argument; they seem to think the judge took Massa's side on that point.
It sounds like the judge is saying that in essence, Massa could potentially prove negligence in the FIA not fulfilling their obligation to govern and enforce their rules by investigating the matter timely, but that he cannot ask to be declared champion on hypothetical grounds (ie, the assumption that the race would've been annulled and he would've become champion at the end of the season).
The news we've all been waiting for 😌

The Jones saying the right thing?! At this time of history, in this part of the world, in this administration… vocalized ENTIRELY within their podcast?!
That was a banger line. You can use it in any context.
These are the available scenarios right now:

Since the pole bonus is unavailable to any of the GT title contenders thanks to the #78 Akkodis Lexus, it means that for the #81 Corvette to win the title, it needs to either finish 2nd, with the #21 Ferrari finishing 6th or lower and the #92 Porsche finishing 10th or lower, OR the #81 needs to win the race, with the #21 classified in 3rd or lower, and the #92 in 6th or lower.
Mr Banished Criminal
Ooof… so forget about pole bonus… Van Rompuy qualified the #81 to 14th position. Out qualified by Keating to 11th in the #33 sister car, but more crucially for the championship, by the #21 Vista Ferrari to 8th. At least both Porsches are dead last, with the title leading #92 managing 17th, but the #81 has the most places to make (12 positions to even have a chance, before even considering where others are), so as usual, the hardest road 😩
For a fiver they might let you stick your head in to smell Antonio Garcia's piss 😌
I'll just wait for the YouTube upload…
This is a great addition; one of the top drivers in GTWC.
