Freedom is not well-being. We're free to express frustrations, demands and desires, however government doesn't feel obligated to act on it... So scores are probably right (for the moment) but it does not translates to human rights charter being fully implemented/supported by government.

they don't have to be parasites. They do have a role but they are out of control. Government regulation should keep greed in check, and yes, it's not up to real estate businesses to decide that foreign investors can screw up locals.

Carney did claim recently $28B cuts will be comming. Liberal heavy handed behaviour towards unions smells of authoritarianism... so yeah freedom curbing is coming, we're just not sure on packaging and potency
