What?! I went to CVS for my flu shot and had to pay $70 - the Covid booster was $120 or something like that so I ended up skipping it (I'm also uninsured).
Did I just get unlucky?
As a person who was all in on the AppImage distribution system (vs Flatpaks), I'm both sad and excited to see how well Flatpaks seem to be working out.
I guess they won that little competition in the end - which seems good, as there's now a healthy standard we can focus on.
It's genuinely great to now have widely accepted distribution independent packaging standards.

It's not an official client, and non-official clients are against the ToS.
Discord's been nice about them so far, but at some point someone in or above that company is going to demand they start making a profit, and when that happens the amnesty custom clients are currently unofficially receiving will disappear.

So, I stand by my original point that we shouldn't get worked up until the game actually launches; there's a decent chance the patch will be smaller on PC.
