Maybe you can try The Lounge? It is somewhat different than an IRC proxy since it has a web client (that is always connected)

Am I the only one to think it's rather strange that you get redirected to csam.be when logging in to a Belgian government website using your electronic ID? Really, didn't they bother to do a quick Google search to see what CSAM stands for?
