I want to see something that works similar to (the way they claim) YouTube premium works.

Get a bunch of these journalism sites together and use a single sign on that catches what I actually view and pays out my single $5-10/month rate to the sites that I visit based on proportionality.

I realize that a privacy-focused community like this isn't going to love the idea of some company tracking all the news/journalism sites they visit, but it really does seem (to me) like the best way to balance the fact that these journalists deserve to get paid and also the fact that I'm not going to give even $2/month to 20+ different sites, just because I refuse to keep track of all of those.

I mean I guess there's always things like Patreon if those sites want to offer a like, $1-2 tier for full access, but they don't because they think their stuff is worth more.

Man, I wonder if they could just all get together and let me pay one cost to get access to all of that.

It's capitalism though, so it would probably have to be a different company that organized them all, right?

Then they'd need to like... negotiate prices and stuff, right?

I wonder if anyone will ever try it.

Collaborative list of basic IP blocks of known scraper hosts.

There's no subscription, it uses servers because otherwise cheating is 100 times easier.

You cut out the crazy bit about community-created levels:

All community-created levels that were ever uploaded are now bundled with the game. You can access this massive library of content from the Custom menu (formerly Online).

Probably, but how would the federal government work with 11,600 Representatives in the House?

Or an exploit is found that can turn it on.

If you mean like, self-driving then I don't know. Subaru has lane-assist and adaptive cruise control that uses only cameras though. They use two cameras for binocular vision though so it might not fall for this, I don't know. Would be a good test.

If you played right at release, there was a bug that was causing that.

I explicitly remember it being a big annoyance of mine in my first playthrough, but it's fixed now.

do you have the links to those actual tweets? I'd love to read what was posted, but these screenshots are too small.

So glad that the court system is working efficiently. This happened in 2020 and we're only just now going to trial for it in 2024.
