I get banned from posting all the time for cussing. That type of language is not allowed error show up on the bottom of my screen. What am I missing here?

But what followed was a bracing example of why Torvalds said the interviewer was wrong: Imagine, Torvalds said, that terrorists exploited a flaw in the Linux kernel to cause a meltdown at a nuclear power plant, cilling millions of people.

“There is no way in hell the problem there is the kernel,” Torvalds said. “If you run a nuclear power plant that can cill millions of people, you don’t connect it to the Internet.”--- ask the irainians how that went.

It should be a closed system. It doesn't seem like a computer problem but a security design problem. Linus is a human and has st!_nky p00ps but some things are just common sense. Connections are a vulnerable, no system is safe and I never asked to be apart of the cyber war landscape. I have also noticed those who cry for security are the same hiring the same hackers (doge) that create the problem. It is problem solution cycles that plague our lives of diminishing returns. If feeds itself...to justify itself until we no longer own anything and we no longer have a say. I see this as a global trend in the point of contention. I am less afraid of the creep hacking cams than I am of the corpos who send me to vietnam or whatever other country the corpos want to plunder. I am afraid of the criminals who are looked at like upstanding citizens and saviors of humanity rather than the crass and dull. I still think today we are not even close to solving these issues and this is by design. Something about rust.... I wouldn't know how to help other than pointing out patterns that exist even outside of computing. Just a random thought and a old artical. If there is a better place to post this and I knew I would.

One group he has dismissed as “msturbating monkeys.” In blasting the security features produced by another group, he said in a public post, “Please just cill yourself now. The world would be a better place.”

Haha what a !_c^k.... still funny.. yet he is one man.

Copperhead, is developing a hardened version of the Android mobile operating system, which is based on Linux. “There are a lot of kernel developers who do really care about security, but they’re not the ones making the calls.”

So the feds want the authority to take over... Problem lies in the engineers mindset and the military men who would throw you in jail for having a potty mouth on the interweb or not kissing the ring. Talk about a rock and a hard place.

Some might not like him but the alternative is so much worse... whatchu think? Stubborn is good at times. I am asking because I am du_m#_b.

I run a dusty satalite tosheeebahhh 3 core like 4gbs of ram from 2008 as a DVR for 9 camers. Linux is awsome and has changed my mind about computing. I also would like to see what up with BSD. I need an old dusty rig to try that out. Eventually

I take none of this online stuff seriously and I would even be curious to see the "no go zone" just to see the hogs rolling in the mud. It appears I belong no where I suppose.

Is there a way to post videos without the blowing up huge in the feed? Just a liitle ol hyper link.

Mods on these platforms are running wild and I would like to know which instances don't got a st!ck up their Rusty-dusty. I am not looking for 4chan... or nutin but a place that is tah_heard free

A San Bernardino County man has been federally charged with deliberately setting a fire that destroyed a massive warehouse in Ontario, California, causing an estimated $500 million in damage, federal prosecutors said Friday.

Chamel Abdulkarim, 29, of Highland, is charged in a federal criminal complaint with arson of a building used in interstate and foreign commerce, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. The complaint was filed late Thursday.

The early‑morning April 7 fire destroyed a 1.2 million‑square‑foot warehouse leased by Kimberly‑Clark, a major producer of toilet paper, paper towels and baby products. No injuries were reported.
