Korrekt, das ist das Merkmal von fahrlässiger Tötung. Mord geschieht aus z.b. Tücke oder Habgier und vor allem vorsätzlich. Totschlag wäre im Affekt aber das liegt hier wohl auch nicht vor.

Es war kein Mord, denn es geschah wohl nicht unter Vorsatz. Deshalb ist es kein Mörder sondern eher ein fahrlässiger Töter.

I hope they don't forget about loopholes like: removing all the multiplayer content and replace it with an offline "mini game" (could be as simple as pressing a single button). There, we "updated" our game just before it's end of life, and it's now "playable forever". Or what about CS:2 which simply replaced CS:GO, because Valve didn't want to release a game with limited content to compete with their older title. The CS:GO version is still playable offline via beta branch, but only offline afaik.

Es erstaunt mich immer wieder, wie viele Nintendo-Fans sich einfach wie Dreck behandeln lassen, aber Hauptsache sie können das neue Mario XY Spiel spielen. Bei anti-consumer Praktiken ist Nintendo ganz weit vorne dabei. Und wenn ich ein Spiel von so einer Firma noch so toll fände, ich würde es lassen, oder vielleicht maximal emulieren.
