so because I downvoted you twice, does that make up for you threatening my family by posting a picture of them to my comm and doxxing me? that's some small dick energy right there. what kind of weasel threatens little kids? you got some real issues to deal with if your first reaction to an internet fight is to start looking up who people are in real life in a vain attempt to intimidate them.

have another downvote, you piece of shit.

At least with dems nothing changes

the problem with "nothing changes" is that it in fact, does change. wages have stagnated for decades and the cost of living keeps rising, and dems won't vote to increase minimum wage. meaning dems are actively making things worse for people by doing nothing. dems could have enshrined abortoin rights in law, they did nothing and now those rights are lost to a portion of the nation, with plans by republicans to make that nationwide.

I could keep going like this for hours, talking about all the things dems have made worse with their "nothing changes" policy, but I think we all get the idea. nothing changes is nothing more than a policy of slowly making things worse.

I recognized your first comment was a joke. You just aren't a funny person.

Now you're making ableist jokes? That's a pretty dangerous path to take, given the admin team here.

That doesn't really have anything to do with whether or not it's misinformation tho, does it?

I know there was some claims that DOGE sent information to some servers in Russia, but that's also unsubstantiated, if I remember correctly. So technically, the mod is correct. And since it's a news community, it makes sense they wouldn't allow gossip, in order to combat misinformation.

That being said, it wouldn't surprise me at all if it was true.

You know you got a true friend when they give you one of their kidneys.

I assume it would be very fast and painless if it just comes charging in.

Even if it comes in very fast, you're still talking about many months of forewarning, perhaps even many hundreds of years if it was a "normal" star instead of something like a brown dwarf.

And Microsoft is shutting out most third parties in the near future because of Crowdstrike, so Linux likely won't be supporting Secure Boot in the future, even if someone did want to enable it for some odd reason.

As I said, I really hope not. Doesn't really matter what hypothetical situation you talk about, if it involves another star being in or close to our solar system, it's gonna end badly for us.
