I always use the same cup and whenever I can't find it it's because it's still in the microwave

I like an eyemask too, although I tend to only use it if I wake up too early and want to go back to sleep - it's too hot to keep it on all night.

I've just counted and I have 74 Firefox windows open... god knows how many tabs that is...

 

Hi all, I was wondering who here's tried meditation - have you?

If so, did it help? What kind of meditation did you do? How long till you noticed the benefit (if any)?

If not, had you heard of it being used as a behavioural intervention? Would you try it?

I'd tried it before (before I realised I (probably) have ADHD), but didn't stick with it long enough for the results to show. I mean to start it again, but... well, you know the rest.
