Poor pupper 3:
Doesn't work on me, my car is all banged up and I don't give two shits about it as long as it remains road-legal.
Unmarketable?
Exist as an out-and-out queer person. And don't whitewash it. Talk openly about -- Queer stuff. The stuff you've done with intimate partners, the stuff that turns you on or off, et cetera.
Basically, be a queer person who acts like the average straight dude. Totally harmless, if rather obnoxious, and corporations won't touch you with a pole the length of the earth's circumference.
It's less that "everything goes to shit at 28" and more that "as you age your body becomes worse and worse at recovering from shit it used to shake off like it was nothing"
Allergic reactions, pains from being sedentary or from doing exercise wrong or from overwork, drinking and hangovers, obesity, genetic conditions you were always prone to -- Stuff that as a younger person wasn't so much of a problem even if it was there, start being more and more of a problem. And more and more of a danger.
Breaking a leg as an 18 year old and breaking a leg as a 30 year old are radically different experiences.
The better you take care of your body, the less bad it is. But well. You're aging.
[email protected] would make me happy. I know the fandom is in a bit of a slump since Gen 4 ended like 6 years ago and Gen 5 wasn't very good, but I like my horsies. And if the Avatar fandom can survive not just Korra existing but no new shows for 11 years, we could survive MLP's drought.
A lively Brazilian community would also be pretty nice. There's a whole brazilian instance (lemmy.eco.br iirc) but it's a ghost town.
Is cool :)

... I'm a he/they queer man, so I shan't say anything. But I might have a look at the place anyway.
Actually.
.... Yeah, pretty much. I hadn't thought of it, but... Yeah.
Or at least some batmen. Since every comic hero is really about sixty different characters.
HAH! My friends have been pushing Worm on me for years, and I've been sloooowly making my way through it (though good god that beginning part with all the bullying took me out of the story for 2 years)
BuuuuuuuUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut -- Taylor is more of an Antihero Classic. She'd fit right in with so many comic anti-heroes, even if her story is a lot darker due to not having to answer to executives like most comic antiheroes do. Her vibe is too -- Scrappy for what I was longing for. Though she does indeed have the evil superpower, and fights bad guys who are so much worse than her villain-gang friends. She's always desperately struggling for survival and figuring shit out as she goes along.
What I was fantasizing about is more like "what if Coil was the hero" (since you mentioned Worm...). Not 'the hero of his own story', not 'scheming and doing bad things for the right reasons' (which seems to be what the story is going for tbqh -- But when I fell off last time he was JUST ABOUT to have Taylor and the Undersiders killed), but straight up heroic... While maintaining all his "cultured mafia leader who is infallibly polite, but has a plan to kill everyone in secret, and gives off an aura of absolute control and confidence" vibe.
Villain Classic. But not a villain.
More like monsters, really. With one exception because one of them has a (very creepy) bond with the main protagonist.
Minor Spoilers (backstory)
The Evas are half-biological half-mechanical clones of the Angels the characters are fighting, so they are malicious by default if they break control
