I moved from Win 10 to OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 2 months ago. Going very well so far, even for music production and gaming. I also got a friend of mine to dual-boot Tumbleweed/Win11, coming from Win11.

Maybe motorola? I don't know about chinese spying, and my g31 has a headphone jack, micro sd card slot and a pretty large battery (and is pretty affordable).

I've recently exchanged Davinci Resolve for Kdenlive on my pc, and have been extremely pleased with it.

It opens a PDF version of any webpage. It may break some elements, but often gives access to text hidden behind paywall popups.

Which is a good thing, I think. The good thing about keyboards is that they can control (to various degrees of efficiency) everything going on on a computer. It's an allrounder and imo does many things well. I'm not denying that there may be better ways to play games (although some outright require a kb, e.g. games with a text chat), but games supporting keyboards is good and natural considering their allrounder nature.

There are ergonomic keyboards for those that want them. Look up something like the "Glove80" Keyboard.

Same - 73 Hours would fit right into #15 in my library :)

But here's my number 1 (and 2):

That's awfully helpful

I find the idea of a phone without any ports incredibly distressing. You're probably right, though. It won't be that long before apple and/or samsung try that.

I realize now that I'm likely in a loud minority.

As long as there are half-decent phones with usb & 3.5mm ports and sd slots, I'm content. The large manufacturers can do what they want for all I care - I just hope my niche persists.

Thanks for this exchange.
