The worst is r/AskReddit for bots. And the worst part of that is that those questions are ridiculously tempting low hanging fruit for people to "self ban." The one that got me was "how do you think the trump administration will end." The amount of [Removed by Reddit] tags was telling, I must say. I've been trying to get to talk with an actual person, but we all know how that goes. ๐

and the weed was better too. That might just be the high tolerance speaking though.
Remember when the 1900's were called the "20th century?" Pepperridge farm remembers.
Hyper capitalism of the 1980's would be considered quant, by today's standards
I think it was around 2014, but it's been a slow downhill ever since. I used to visit many sites in my nightly rounds, but it became just Imgur, YouTube, Reddit, and NewGrounds, for the most part around then. I just lost Reddit to a perm Suspension, and I swore of Imgur after it got to woke to post jokes and dark humor/observations. (and they IP banned me for 6 months)
Yeah, not surprised, but it was a last straw kind of thing. That post would have passed muster once upon a time, but the AI mods are not compatible with political posting. Of ANY stripe. I'm just pissed I can't post in my frequented communities anymore. This place doesn't have a community for Minecraft looks like, nor would I expect the types of people who post there to make a switch, let alone get Mojangs' endorsement. I took this opportunity to setup a Substack (not much better, but at least the mods wont butt in unless I get extra spicy, or so they claim), and get on board with BlueSky... I swore off imgur a few years back because the toxic woke got to infuriating- AND I'M A LEFTIST, I suppose I can quit reddit too. SMDH.
This. That's why it's here. The other stuff is the "why it sucks/additional info"
