Just to add to your point: I love the idea, however I lived with a group of Exalted players that took it way too far, so my group is still gunshy on doing too much combat description. So some people have seen the extremes of RP in combat, so they pull back.

Replied this below, apologies for recycling:
In another life I reviewed quite a few Crown Royal whiskies before the other website went to hell. Northern Harvest was better then the standard. The single barrel selections they send to Texas took the cake. You ever get the chance, buy a bottle.. And the 75th Monarch Anniversary, but that is long gone now.
I actually enjoyed Corby/Wiser products more, with Lot 40 being my old go to.

No, but Canadian whisky isn't the easiest to recommend, sadly. Maybe try the odd small distillery. Bridgeland comes to mind.
Yup. Caused minor PTSD in the actors and I was one of them. A bunch of students still drove drunk though...
Oh, so she doesn't want to win, got it.
Baking by vibe takes some work, and you should practice recipes by the letter before trying it, but it can be fun. It's more so knowing the impact of what you're adding.
Spices, for instance, can be added by vibe to some recipes. Flour, on the other hand, should be weighed out and a firm knowledge of ratio to fat rather then vibes.
Quick version: Being a centre (centre right) party, the liberals make nods to leftist ideas but don't actually change the laws because it's very expensive if you don't tax the rich. So everything stays status quo while they say it's going great.
On top of that, far right people hate Trudeau a lot.
...until he talks to someone else or forgets or sundowns and then decides to do something else.
So I think I found the answer to your question: the table is second gift at 5th level and 3rd gift at 10th level.
Generally speaking, this results in a relic gaining one gift for every 4 levels its bearer has, but this might fluctuate as the campaign progresses.
The above is what I'm basing it on. Hope that helps.
Yeah, its troll shit so managers repeat it and then we all suffer. I wish someone would force them to go through it, but they'd probably learn nothing in the end.
I work slower if I have to work. I go out to shops too, or try to make a recipe to show I can accomplish something.
