I don't have an answer to your question, but I'm curious why you want to get away from unraid. I'm an unraid user and am just looking for some insight.

Have we tried putting Gatorade on it? It's what plants crave. It's got electrolytes!
With proton you can create an alias to receive mail, like when you're signing up for a new service, but I don't think you can send mail from the alias address.
