Youtube is at the top. But some of us don't use Youtube as a form of Social Media - I just use it as a video host that plays the videos I wanted to see that were on Youtube. I've never left a comment, a like, or subscribed.

This kind of stuff is not going to help bring in new voters to their party. It may work well with a portion of those who would already vote for them, but it may also drive away others who were potentials.

The dumbasses are just louder now. We should not let it stop us from pointing out things, like that the word "tyrant" is a ridiculously stupid thing to call someone who is not a leader of any institution or group. But also it seems to fit the pattern of Projection that the trumptards use frequently

Built a new small PC recently and set up dual-boot with 2 drives... Linux was easier to set up and get running overall than Windows 11. When I installed Linux, it found my drive to install on with no problem, but W11 could not without bringing over Intel storage drivers on a USB stick. Linux had built-in drivers for all of the hardware, everything working right on first startup. Windows required me to download Wifi drivers onto a USB stick from another computer before I could download anything. Windows also required for me to download many other drivers from the motherboard mfr website. Now Windows is hassling me to activate with a non-generic product key that I didn't buy yet. Linux just worked from the start.

We made some ether in my HS chemistry lab for a lab exercise, and I was goofing around pretending to inhale it but accidentally did get some in, and I got a loopy dizzy feeling for a minute or two.

Another zip tie tip - they are reusable if you cut the right end off when removing one. Might be obvious to others, but took me years to figure out somehow.

Just don't cut the end attached to the head of the zip tie. Cut the tail right before it enters the zip-tie-hole, release it, and you just made a new but shorter zip tie

Good idea to put "Freedom" in the name of his group. Remind people about that word

Bought a 10-core Intel i5 recently for less than $200. It's more than sufficient.

DDR4 is still OK for gaming, and about half the price.

Members of Congress have access to a lot of those files, so they should release them independently since it was lawfully ordered to be done. But I guess those bastards are off on vacation now

Awesome song by supergroup 3rd Secret, from their first album.

3rd Secret includes members of Nirvana and Soundgarden. Here's their Bandcamp page with all the details:

https://3rdsecret.bandcamp.com/album/3rd-secret

3rd Secret's first album is diverse ranging from folk to neo-grunge. The album coalesced into a single project from a mess of different projects that Krist Novoselic was involved in. They brought it together to make a great band of rare talent.

Their 2nd album "2nd 3rd Secret" is more focused and has more consistent feel throughout. You can tell that they operated more as a band than a collection of projects on the 2nd one.
