Members of Congress have access to a lot of those files, so they should release them independently since it was lawfully ordered to be done. But I guess those bastards are off on vacation now

If they actually have access to them senators should get together and start a filibuster on the next item, and then just take turns reading through all of them on the floor. You can show videos and pictures as I believe, and all of it would have to be added to the library of Congress. Also it would halt anything going through until they were done reading/viewing them all... in 2054.
