There are far more consumers than producers.

So another way to say it is: US consumers are highly reliant on Chinese producers with few other options. Chinese producers are somewhat reliant on US consumers, but there are options all around the globe.

Never heard it as something more environmentally friendly. But for me taste is better and it’s overall better meat that the non grassfed. It’s less «air» and more meat. Source: me, not a chef or know anything about cows, but i like meat
