Stalin , Mao , and Pol Pot types of leaders are every bit as much of a problem as Hitler , Pinochet , and Mussolini types of leaders

At this point it doesn't matter what economic policies a tyrant nominally supports , the problem is the authoritarianism that they use that overshadows their economic outlook. Your freedom is just as screwed if you are a fascist labor conscript , or you are a prisoner working in a gulag on some trumped up charge.

The idea of socialism has a lot of appeal .

That is why wannabe tyrants latch onto it .

Antifa has not been taking much action against the violence directed at Jewish students at colleges around the world , despite the fact that many of these Jewish students are not Zionists, they are just identifiable as Jewish and so are conflated into being Zionists.

This makes electric cars less polluting with every passing day as this percentage increases.

Or ask the British empire in India in 1947... Peaceful protests won them their independence and started the ball rolling for decolonialization worldwide.

Reddit is nothing but a bunch of violent thugs , I had the sheer nerve to suggest non-violent passive resistance might be a viable form of protest and I was met with wave after wave of hateful responses and a downvote brigade.
