Okay crazy, das ist echt alt. Ich hab mit ner 9er Serie gerechnet. xD

Da ich bis vor ner Woche selbst noch nVidia benutzt hab; Von wie alt sprechen wir?

Ich habe mich mit damit auch schon in Bredouillen manövriert. Der PC machte brav das Rückhoch und dann war meine Systemplatte voll. UI ging nicht mehr, alles musste über terminal. Seitdem hat Zeitvershiebung seine eigene 200 GB Partition.

Das ist erschreckend logisch, nur in einem System, dass man seit 4 Monaten nutzt nicht mehr ganz so easy rauszukriegen.

Dies. Ich benutze Linux jetzt seit nem halben bis dreiviertel Jahr und bin inzwischen so comfortable, dass ich Windows vom Rechner radiert habe. Aber die Lernkurve zieht weiterhin hart an. xD

Tatsächlich hatte ich mit meiner nVidia Karte eine wesentlich smoothere Erfahrung. Aber die Karte war alt und ich hab sie mit ner AMD erszetzt. War auf jeden fall mehr Fummelei um alles zum laufen zu kriegen.

Another more general issue: On rewatching TNG as an adult I realized how flawed the argumentation in many of the law case episodes is. I often thought how I'd approach the issue in court, got excited and then Picard or others just start talking about the wildest stuff ever. There are some valid points in most episodes, and often they end up winning (yay), but I'd enjoy the wins more, if the arguments presented by the crew were good, and not because the writers brute forced the plot that way.
