Nah that's an M96 (or M38) Swedish Mauser. The front sight is wrong, and it has the Swedish Bayonet. Still loud as hell, and 6.5 Swede is still no joke in terms of accuracy and stopping power today.
That...makes sense to me. Not only would you need one set of sinks, you wouldn't need to go into the shit and piss room if you just want to wash your hands.
10-20 percent is still insanely high, considering the amount of cases were taking about here. Even just one percent would be thousands suffering for no better reason than profits.
