Man, I didn't get your anger at first, thought it was excessive for nothing. Then I scrolled through the last 24 hrs worth of posts, I get it now...
Not even Just that, it states that if you give "aid or comfort" to insurrectionists or "rebels" you are barred from holding office. When he was campaigning he promised to pardon the insurrectionists, that was giving them "comfort". When he "won" he followed through on that promise, that was giving "aid". According to the US Constitution and federal law, he is ineligible to be president right now. There are other laws he broke that also barred him from being reelected, well before the campaigning started, that he was never charged with violating, that aren't hard to prove.
