You educate the Russians. They're living in a closed room and are being force fed bullshit so Ukraine looks like the bad guys. Once they're educated and realize what the hell is going on, there will be some uproar to them being drafted and forced to fight Ukraine who has done nothing wrong. Maybe then, they'll stand up to Putin and take his fucking ass out and this shit can be over. At that point maybe Russia can turn it around and become a productive member of society.

Some people are beyond rehabilitation. You let them out and they something terrible again are you going to say aww shucks, the child rapist got out and raped another child, really thought the rehab would have helped?

So that person that can't be rehabilitated, will spend the rest of their life in jail while our tax dollars pay for him to live, meanwhile the victim will live the rest of their life traumatized by what he did, with no support of help from our tax dollars. I agree totally, but I don't think it will matter with new vehicles. They're going to track you and spay on you more than your phone. I will forever drive old stuff. I'm a mechanic so that's a super easy option for me. I won't own anything new enough to spy on me, my car will be MY car.
