"~~Innocent until proven~~ guilty."
A 75% reduction in words. Look at all that efficiency! Clearly, DOGE should be taking notes from Pam Bondi.

The guy who almost Luigi'd him was a Republican.
Hopefully they survive this administration.
Pro-business/anti-regulation types teamed up with the anti-abortion types around 50 years ago in order to get votes for their unpopular ideas, then they did everything they could to conflate the two ideologies to where Christians (the dominant religious group) now think Republican=Christian=Republican and thus ALL Republican ideas intrinsically align with their religion. I.e., Jesus was a capitalist rather than anything that's actually in the bible.
Tl;Dr: propaganda and the natural human tendency toward in-group bias.
Huh. Is it a rule or an instance culture thing? Do you know what was the impetus?
As one of those friends, I appreciate the thought, but also was definitely a little confused until you explained it.
Some such people are really good at pretending to have empathy. I used to be with a narcissist who was a nurse. She could put on a good face, but in actuality she just got off on the sense of power over people who needed her help. In areas where being an awful person didn't threaten her job security, she had zero qualms about hurting or taking advantage of others, and she did so without hesitation when she felt it would benefit her.
Yep. I tried it because of TNG, and found I rather liked it. Now I drink it near daily. I also opted to try Yorkshire Gold after Patrick Stewart mentioned in an interview that he prefers it over Earl Grey, and I found I don't prefer it. Plain black teas are fine, but ... they're not my cup of tea.
I tend to go for rooibos when I want something without the caffeine.
They believe the propaganda that others hate them or are trying to destroy their way of life, and that dollar-store Hitler is their champion fighting for them.
Nice. If they'd had that as a color option, they might have sold more!
Hopefully in 4 years we can make out like it never happened and that it was nothing.
Allegedly. His inability to pay some of the judgments against him calls that into question, e.g. the E. Jean Carrol suit. If nothing else, he definitely has a billionaire mindset.
