I upgraded my pixel 3axl and still waiting to get to the login screen, seems stuck, though the clock is working. Might have to do a complete new install, which is a hassle i wasn't looking forward to.

I think we're coming to the end of our alliance, we should be looking to our other relationships to help procure the necessary equipment to protect our sovereignty. In the longer term we definitely should be developing some home grown capability.
