I don't think it's something limited to Fedi, but internet in general. The whole social media "algorithm" promotes such posts, an edgy extreme post filled with hate will get more reactions and upvotes, than a "lame" conventional opinion, so you're more likely to see it. I am not sure how to even fix it, I think it's one of the fundamental problems if the internet, but this is how it is

It's probably an alt of a hexbear user, they literally wrote that "they hate Lemmy.cafe" - https://lemmy.cafe/comment/10653709

If you want to follow this channel, you can follow it there (Works well with MBin and Piefed) - [email protected]

This is a Peertube exclusive video where I'm just ranting about Reddit.

This blog-post compares the coding capabilites of new Gemini 2.5 Pro experimental and Claude 3.7 Sonnet (thinking)

Lemmy is all we have right now

Is it? I am reading your comment from MBin, and there's also Piefed so there is a choice. They don't have as many apps as Lemmy, but maybe if they'd have more users more apps would be keen to support them?

Thunder is available on both platforms as well, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't look as good on IOS as IOS-specific apps

It misses a picture and it doesn't have any description, so I'm kinda confused? I joined it thinking it was about a streamer, because there's [email protected] already, but honestly I'm unsure

I agree, it's a strange wording, that's why I say "constructed languages" when referring to them

MIT research finds the brain’s language-processing network also responds to artificial languages such as Esperanto and languages made for TV, such as Klingon on “Star Trek” and High Valyrian and Dothraki on “Game of Thrones.”

What is it like to use PeerTube as a video creator? Spoiler alert: it's amazing!

Nice! Sure, I have a Codeberg account so why not

You could also take inspiration from how Lemmyverse.link does it, because it supports Mbin - https://github.com/RikudouSage/lemmyverse.link

Scientists have created the first map of the crucial structures called mitochondria throughout the entire brain ― a feat that could help to unravel age-related brain disorders1.

The results show that mitochondria, which generate the energy that powers cells, differ in type and density in different parts of the brain. For example, the evolutionarily oldest brain regions have a lower density of mitochondria than newer regions.

Gemini 2.5 is our most intelligent AI model, now with thinking.

A paralysed man can stand on his own after receiving an injection of neural stem cells to treat his spinal cord injury. The Japanese man was one of four individuals in a first-of-its-kind trial that used reprogrammed stem cells to treat people who are fully paralysed.

Another man can now move his arms and legs following the treatment, but the two others did not show substantial improvements. The trial was run by Hideyuki Okano, a stem-cell scientist at Keio University in Tokyo, and his colleagues.
