There are always conclaves within and nearby the city that are deep red. This is often where cops live, which helps maintain the "occupying army" model of policing that dehuminizes the residents.

Sure have been. They've continued their genocide in both the west bank and Gaza. They are a rhodesia that gets a pass from the axis of cauc because it was a convenient way to repaint their antisemitism as good for Jewish people.

Guys who lash out like that are 100% looking for an excuse to assault LGBTQ+ people. I'm a straight cis guy, I've been approached by men and turn them down politely the same way I would a woman I wasn't interested in, no violence. The few guys who were handsy or inappropriate were dealt with by the community, no involvement from me needed.

I wonder if you inadvertently set-up on the entrance to a ground nest, though they likely would have been aggressive if you had.

I mean, a significant amount of toyotas sold in the US have been made here for years. Also, even though I currently own a Ford, they represent great value and longevity in the new and used markets.

I recently started replaying ER, and it is very frustrating when an enemie's attacks pass through walls while my attacks click clack all day.

Voucher schools exist because christofascists found another way to gut funding from public schools and place it in private hands.

Definitely unusual for the business, but I would imagine it's better for the staff.

My Ma is like this. Growing up, we'd just let her argue for her movie choice and then put on what we wanted in less than 30m 🤣.

It's hard to tell, honestly. On one hand, dude was never all that funny and he turned out to be a fucking weirdo. On the other hand, having a cursory knowledge of infant/childhood mortality in the past would make this a darkly humorous joke.

Carcinogenic when used externally? That would surprise me, giving how quickly it evaporates. I am a layman, though.

I didn't know this joke had Yiddish origins. Funnily enough, it was told to me by my Jewish grandmother when she was explaining in a convoluted way that I should sweep before mopping 🤣.
